Tercan Equipment has serviced the Kitchener-Waterloo area for over 21 years under the ownership of Terry Etmanskie. Terry knows the janitorial and maintenance business, having worked in the local market for over 35 years. Terry is known for his ethical and strong moral business practices stemming out of his Christian faith. A family man, he is married 30 years to Barb and has 2 grown sons.
Tercan services the janitorial & building maintenance market with equipment, supplies, parts and a complete service shop. They carry their own brand of cleaning products “Cornerstone” formulated specifically for Tercan’s high standards. Through his shop he also sells to the retail market so the general public has access to quality professional products. Terry personally oversees every repair to make sure it is done right the first time. His customers loyalty is strong.
